  1. Spray Pumps Price List

  2. Spray pumps Spray pumps are mechanical devices designed to generate a pressure differential to drive spray fluid from a storage tank, through system plumbing, and out to the spray nozzle. Spray pumps are widely used in agriculture spraying systems, liquid transfer, and water applications.

  3. Pumps have evolved around the industry and application-specific uses with a variety of features. Some of the uses for sprayer pumps include Agricultural Booms, Boomless Spray Nozzles, and Field Sprayers.

  4. These pumps use pistons that vibrate back and forth in a chamber that is sealed. Since the piston moves away from the test valve assembly, it creates a vacuum which draws the spray to the chamber past a check valve. It forces water through ports and out past another check valve as the piston moves back towards the check valve assembly. 12-volt pumps are rated in the stream. This rating is the quantity of water the pump can move to dump from the discharge side of the pump without any limitations. Limiting the flow by way of the tip on the spray wand or the hints about the boom creates pressure.

  5. Types of Spray pumps • Sprayer pumps are designed to push or pull fluid tank contents out to a spray nozzle(s) at specific gallons per minute (GPM) flow rates and pressure delivery. The six common pump types are centrifugal, diaphragm, roller, transfer, piston, and irrigation-injection. power spray pump , battery spray pump, agricultural spray pump, mist spray pump, htpspray pump.

  7. Fimco utilizes 12-volt diaphragm pumps onto its sprayers. These pumps use pistons that vibrate back and forth in a chamber that is sealed. 9. Wettable powders causing it to fail and can plug the sieve or build up within the pump, together with formulations that are dry to dissolve. You must use another container to form if you must use a chemical formulation. The proper mixing procedure is to refill the tank full and after that add and mix the chemical and after that refill in the tank in the rest of the way. If your pump begins to lose pressure or you notice a decrease in flow, check the sieve to see if it’s being clogged by foreign materials. When you’re done spraying, you should refill in the tank partway with clean water and spray clean water out in the gun and boom. Fill in the tank full with plain water and use a chemical neutralizer like Fimco Tank Neutralizer and Cleaning Agent and repeat in the cleaning process. Fimco also recommends which you do not mix more spray than can be sprayed from a day and which if you’ve leftover spray from the tank which you still rinse in the pump and plumbing. Towards at the end of the season, clean in the sprayer one last time and drain out all the water paying special attention to the pump, handgun, and valves.
