  1. Before We Start… • Check your Audio:or menu: Tools / Audio/Audio Setup Wizard • Problems? Check list for audio: • Are you plugged in the right way? And in the right holes? • Check Audio is NOT muted (bottom right corner of windows)? • Is any in-line switch on your headphones OK? • Is any in-line volume control OK? • Know the Microphone button • Your Mike is OFF Your Mike is ON

Audio Wizard Expand /Contract Panel Transmit Video Microphone and speaker volume controls Audio & Video settings ** Microphone, SINGLE click to talk, then SINGLE click again when finished Video Preview ** Global Participant permissions Polling Smileys & Applause Click here (or right click) to alter participant permissions or your profile Step away from the session Raise / Lower Hand Participants panel ** Chat settings Chat panel ** are ‘handles’ for dragging these panels to the desktop Type your chat message here then push the ‘Enter ‘ key Blackboard CollaborateUser Interface Who your message goes to

  4. Drag an icon to your location Then type your location & a greeting in the Chat Window

Chunk 1 of your show • Bullet points • Keep them short and simple • They should SUMMARIZE your key points • Spice it up with a simple graphic that is relevant to the point you are making • Keep your slides consistent. In the slide sorter pane, right click the slide and select ‘duplicate slide’
