3. การเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 โลกของการทำงานจะเป็นอย่างไรในอีก 20 ปีข้างหน้า ทักษะอะไรที่จำเป็นในการทำงานและดำรงชีวิต ในอีก 20 ปีข้างหน้า คิดถึงตัวเองปัจจุบันว่า เราเรียนมาเต็มที่แล้ว จะเพียงพอสำหรับการทำงาน และดำรงชีวิต ในอีก 20 ปีข้างหน้าหรือไม่ ถ้าได้คำตอบทั้งหมดแล้ว เราจะ ปรับการเรียน - การสอนเพื่อตอบปัญหาดังกล่าวอย่างไร

5. Students Mobility Students Mobility เป็นนโยบายหลักด้านการศึกษา ของหลายประเทศ ที่ต้องการให้ประชากรของตน ได้เรียนรู้โลกภายนอก เกิดกลไกระดับนานาชาติส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษา จากประเทศหนึ่งได้เรียนรู้ในอีกประเทศหนึ่ง เช่น UMAP Students Mobility จะทำให้เกิดการปรับตัว ของระบบอุดมศึกษาอย่างกว้างขวาง ทั้งด้านคุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพ

6. Research and Innovation ผลผลิตงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของโลกเพิ่มขึ้น เป็นจำนวนมากในแต่ละปี แต่ก็ยังไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ ทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคต มีนโยบายการกระตุ้นหรือเร่งรัดบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัย ให้ทำวิจัยมากขึ้นตรงตามเป้าหมายเพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศ มากขึ้น การวิจัยและนวัตกรรมปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบความร่วมมือ ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัย ไปสู่การร่วมทุนและการปกป้อง ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญามากขึ้น
