Differences w.r.t. previous version Changes Added the “Staircase” and “Triangle” keywords to the title Removed the IPR section and references Clarified the Annex A (Trivial Decoding Algorithm) …but I found another mistake in the plane to Montreal concerns section 5.5 (Identifying the symbols of an Encoding Symbol Group) a new version is needed… and is ready IMHO the update I-D will be ready for WGLC
