  2. BUSINESS BACKGROUND: Leverage Coca-Cola’s partnership and celebrate the 125th anniversary. To tell the positive story of the happiness moments that Coca-Cola has been bringing for 125 years and will keep doing so forever. Thanks to our customers’ unique connection with consumers in offering our products. OBJECTIVE: To increase volumes sales over the period 12 September 2011 to 30 October 2011 and driving unparalleled shopper experiences within Fishaways stores. • HOW WILL SUCCESS BE MEASURED : • Volume uplift of 15% vs prior year CRITERIA: 1. The existing top 18 FISHAWAYS outlets showing sales growth of 15% stand a chance to each win a Gas Weber Braai. (Definition for existing outlets – outlets that have total sales history for the promo period). 2. Two luckyNew franchisees can win a Weber Braai

PERIOD: • The sales will be measured from: • 12 September 2011 to 30 October 2011 vs. 12 September 2010 to 30 October 2010 • LUCKY DRAW FOR 2NEW OUTLETS WITH NO SALES HISTORY: 12 September to 30 October 2011 • FOCUS PACKS & BRANDS:ALL Coca-Cola Packs, Brands including Nestea (Nestea sales will get double points)Volume Data: Coca-Cola Data system measured in unit cases (Sales into stores) will be used. • NB: If you bought product from a wholesaler …..sorry we can’t pick up those sales.) Now is the time for you to establish a relationship with your relevant Bottler • PRIZES: 1. There are 20 Gas Weber Braai’s to be won in total. • 18 Gas Weber Braai’swill be awarded to the top performing franchisees during the incentive period. • 2 Gas Weber Braai’s will be awarded to 2 new opening stores with no sales - (Lucky Draw)

  4. Terms and conditions: This competition is only open to Fishaways outlets that buy directly from a Coca-Cola Bottler. This competition starts on 12 September 2011 and ends 30 October 2011. The Top 18 Fishaways that show the best growth over the same period in 2010, will each win a Gas Weber Braai. New Fishaways outlets that have no sales over Prior Year for the period 12 September 2011 to 30 October 2011, names will be placed in a box for a lucky draw. Two Lucky Winners can win each a Gas Weber Braai Coca-Cola and Famous Brands reserve the right to hold or cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Winners must agree to participate in any subsequent publicity. There are in total 20 Gas Weber Braai’s to be won. An audit will be done by Fishaways head office on your in-store sales, as well as Coca-Cola’s sales. Final decisions for the winners will be done at Famous Brands on the 15 Nov 2011. Winners will be notified via e-mail and cellular phone by latest 30 November 2011. The prizes are not transferable for cash.
