  6. Attendance and Holidays • Individual attendance target is 95% for every child • What to do if your child is absent • Our role – Keep safe scheme - texting • Punctuality to school and lessons • EWO target list – below 90% • Certificates and prize draws for 100%

  12. Based on Key Stage 2 Teacher Assessments and Alfie tests • Most students should move up two levels by the end of year 9 • Level 3 to 5 • Level 4 to 7 • Level 5 to 6

  13. Making Small Steps. • Each level is divided into sub-levels; • a) means the top of the level • b) is the middle of the level, showing a secure performance. • c) is the lower end of the level

  14. Reporting Home • Four progress checks a year. • Reported home on a single sheet;

  15. The Annual Report • Sent home once a year – 18th July • Provides an opportunity to set targets, discuss progress and feed back to school. • Given out separately from parents evening – 17th January • Supplemented by tutor review weeks.
