He was wearing a navy blue jacket and blue pants, and was last seen holding a dark-colored hat. Mr. Jones may be in need of medication. Mr. Jones is described as a 83-year-old Black male, 5’7” tall, 180lbs, brown eyes, bald head, and dark complexion.
