  1. Make Your Room More Fascinating Skirting boards, often known as floorboards, go along the bottom portion of an interior wall. Typically, they are used to hide the gap between the floor and the wall. They can be utilized solely for ornamental purposes, with detailed chip millwork and moldings. However, they are usually a basic board of wood that has been fastened to the wall. Grooved Skirting boards provide a more functional role by protecting the wall from abrasion, inadvertent Furniture knocks, wear and tear, and so on. They can be used for a variety of purposes. Conceal unattractive uneven, and untidy wall or floor borders. Walls are protected with skirting boards. To begin with, skirting boards serve to protect the bottom of the walls. As one may expect, the bottom of a house's wall can be subjected to the following: •The head of a hoover/vacuum cleaner knocks and scratches. •Knocks and scratches from a mop's head •Foot traffic causes general wear and tear.

  2. •Bumps caused by children's toys. •Pushchairs, bicycles, and other similar items can cause damage. The list goes on and on! You can see how easily the lowest portion of the wall may be razed to the ground without skirting boards. Square Groove skirting Another contemporary profile that has remained popular in commercial and residential interior projects is the Square Groove skirting board. The square groove adds a crisp, clean finish to your interior décor and is especially well-suited to low heights. To produce a smooth continuous groove across the entire border of your space, match up the groove in the skirting exactly with an architrave of the same pattern. Please notice that regardless of the height you select, the profile detail maintains the same size (23mm)—as the height grows, so does the size of the 'flat' part beneath the features. The main cover picture shows the Square Groove 1 skirting board at 120mm high and 18mm thick, which are the standard measurements for a skirting board. Bullnose Skirting One of our most popular profiles, Bullnose Skirting, is frequently utilized by trade professionals and individual purchasers. Thanks to its single, essential radius, the Bullnose Architrave delivers a crisp, clean finish that will never go out of style. The Bullnose Skirting is low-maintenance, easy-to-clean, and adaptable to any interior design. The Bullnose Skirting Board looks terrific at a much wider variety of heights than other profiles owing to its efficiency. Please notice that regardless of the height you select, the Bullnose Skirting profile feature maintains the same size (14mm)—as the height grows, so does the size of the 'flat' area beneath the detail. The Bullnose Skirting Board is shown in the main cover picture at 120mm high and 18mm thick, the standard measurements for a skirting board.
