  1. HOW TO CONCENTRATE ON YOUR STUDIES? Stay focused Before you sit for your studies, you should do meditation at least for 10 minutes, because meditation helps us to stay focus and calm. Keep away from those things which distract you from studying such as phones, laptop, television etc. Make a proper plan Create time table, it will help you to distribute your time properly for each and every subject. Don't give more then 2 hours for a subject otherwise, you can't get enough time for other subjects. Make important notes Write summaries & important points of the chapter along with reading.
