  1. Get your mask • Pick up a daily log as you sign-in for class • Please collect your mask and wait for instructions

  2. Today • Trimming masks • Adding plaster(if needed) • Painting • Daily log – fill out one for today and we will go over a term: color

  3. Trimming & Adding Plaster • Trimming: • Take off strings or outside sections • Hint: Be careful to not crack your mask • Adding Plaster: • Add one piece at a time and let it dry • Hint: Add to weaker areas to make it stronger

  4. Daily Log • Complete a number one for today in your daily log • Make a list of what you need to do for your mask: (some ideas below) • Trim • Add plaster • Paint • Work on design for mask before painting

  5. Studio Time • If you didn’t cast your mask from the last two classes, cast your mask • Trim, add plaster, or start designing what will go on your mask • Ready to paint! Make sure to clean-up on time so we leave on time

  6. Exit Pass 10/7/2013 • Complete number 2 & 3 in your daily log • Remember: by answering #3 you are helping to remind yourself what you need to work on next class, so you are giving yourself #1 for next class(like talking to yourself in the future)
