  4. 行銷規劃 • 與奇摩關鍵字合作 • 舉辦實體易物活動 • 與校園合作，提倡易物 • 二手衣型男／女選拔 • 關懷弱勢族群 • 雜誌專欄－二手衣大復活

  5. 預期量化成果 • 預估頭一周僅會有5~10人來PO易物資訊；瀏覽人數預估300人次，一周大約只會有3筆成功交易，之後將呈倍數成長。然後，前三個月瀏覽量預估破萬，會員人數破千，500筆的易物資訊，希望達到上百筆的成功交易。
