  2. Why I chose this… • I chose this topic because there is a wide range of calories in fruit from 200 to 20. Having data like this would make it easier to make graphs. • This data will represent the different amounts of calories in certain types of fruit.

  4. Bar Graph A bar graph helps you show the difference of the calories in the fruit such as you can see that there are way more calories in avocado versus lemon.

  5. Box-and-Whisker Plot This graph shows what the average calories are and the max. and min. calories. It shows you what the most common calories are for fruit.

  6. Scatter Plot The scatter plot really helps to show the biggest and lowest amount of calories. I predict that if you add a pomegranate then it will have 100 calories.

  8. Histogram This graph helps you just see the differences in the amount of calories per fruit.

Conclusion… • All of these graphs help you see the data differently. • Box-and-Whiskers help you see the average, the most common, the max., and the min. • Steam and Leaf plots help you see the most common area to be at. • Bar Graphs help you see the highest and the lowest as well as scatter plots and histograms. • Scatter plots also help you see the most bunched up parts as well, and predict what will happen next.
