  3. TYPES OF PERMIT • New Construction/Renovation Permit • Demolition Permit • Excavation, Ground Preparation or Soil Investigation Permit • Fencing Permit • Repair/Repainting Permit • Occupancy Permit

  4. PRE-REQUISITE TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT • Contract of Lease/Authority to Construct •Zoning and Land Use Clearance from P.D.O. •Compliance to Ecology Center’s Environmental Requirements • Compliance to Technical Requirements from other Departments

  5. EXEMPTIONS • Sheds, children’s playhouses and the like, not exceeding 6 sq.m. • Open terraces or patios not exceeding 20 sq.m. • Installation of window grilles • Replacement of deteriorated roofing sheets, tiles, gutters, etc. • Repair of any interior partition not involving addition or alteration • Repair and replacement of plumbing and electrical line and fixtures
