  2. Extract Issues • ERCOT reported on the Extract and Report issues from the mid January to February • http://www.ercot.com/services/sla/ • Report andExtract issues continue to be on the decline • January 7 incidents • February 5 incidents • March 2 incidents

Nodal COMs • ERCOT presented information for the posting of: • DDL comments- currently posted • Join Documents- draft is posted • User Guides- Shadow Settlement User guide is posted • The following site is updated every Friday with the latest information regarding reports and extracts • http://nodal.ercot.com/readiness/reports/index.html

  4. Ad Hoc Invoicing Process • SEWG discussed issues around the Ad Hoc Invoices process • Primary reason for Ad Hoc invoices are market short pays, ADR resolutions or litigation decisions • Recent example of concerns about the lack of documented process: • Consistency in communication of Invoices • Delivery to QSE contact of Invoice • ERCOT staff brought forward a solution to address market participant concerns

Ad Hoc Invoicing Process • Notices- All ad hoc invoices will be will be preceded by a notice from WCS • Unknown Email Address- with WCS sending out ad hoc invoices, the “From” email address should be recognizable and consistent • Appropriate Contact- ERCOT will send ad hoc invoices to QSE primary and secondary contact, as well as primary and secondary AP contact • ERCOT and SEWG encourage all market participants to update their contact information regularly through WCS

  6. Nodal Load Aggregation • ERCOT staff proposed a question to consider addition to LSEGUNADJ cut of load data • Determinant could be used to identify actual, estimate or historical read status • Members present at SEWG had no concerns regarding this change and unanimously recommend ERCOT going forward with the change • This change will not be implemented until Nodal
