This document outlines a prototype framework for preserving the complexity of data analysis in community IT projects, specifically in CMS and LHCb contexts. Emphasis is placed on the importance of thorough documentation and metadata throughout the analysis process. The framework is currently in the prototyping stage, with initial requirements gathered from CMS and LHCb collaborations. The current demo site features two refined submission forms based on user feedback. Continued input is encouraged to enhance the tool as part of the DPHEP DHEP Portal.
