  1. SIGNS OF A GOOD RECRUITMENT AGENCY The first thing to realize is that the definition of “best” agency will change according to every employer and job seeker. What they should look for is a well matched agency. This requires extensive research and to pay attention to red flags. For instance, a lot of bad reviews, failure to respond in a timely manner, replies that are clearly cut and pasted or don’t answer queries mean it’s time to move on. On the other hand there are also many signs that of a great agency. Here are some of the good things to look for: http://www.kfx.se/

  2. STELLAR REVIEWS How trustworthy review sites are might be up for debate, but it’s usually pretty easy to tell if a review (especially positive ones) are fake or not. Look at a few review sites, but also don’t forget to check the testimonial sites on the actual agency page. Organizations or individuals can also take a look at the agency’s LinkedIn page for endorsements or other social media pages for compliments. The rule of thumb is if there are a lot of good reviews from genuine people, the agency can be trusted.

  3. SPECIALIZATION An agency should specialize in an organization or individuals desired industry. This is especially true when an organization or individual is in a very niche industry. But, even if it’s a mainstream industry, an agency should have placed candidates with similar skill sets and title numerous times.

  4. TRANSPARENCY More important than how long a business has been in operation is just how transparent they are in the process. An organization or individual should know exactly what an agency is doing with no “secret sauce” in the mix. It’s a business or career, and therefore the parties involved deserve to be in the know. http://www.kfx.se/hr-partner/kfx-som-hr-partner/
