YES 專案制度說明. 103 年度 YES 專案通訊處組長培育計畫： ( 一 ) 目 的：為創立新三階 YES 專案通訊處，吸引年輕族群。 ( 二 ) 適用對象： YES 專案通訊處報聘之新進實習組長。 ( 三 ) 培育計畫內容： 新進組長培育及財務補助方案： (1) 培訓期間：適用對象提出 「 YES 培訓計畫申請書」 並經業務資深協理 核定後，於核定當工作月起一年 (13 個工作月 ) ，為本培育 計畫之培訓期間。

YES專案制度說明 103年度YES專案通訊處組長培育計畫： (一)目 的：為創立新三階YES專案通訊處，吸引年輕族群。 (二)適用對象： YES專案通訊處報聘之新進實習組長。 (三)培育計畫內容： 新進組長培育及財務補助方案： (1)培訓期間：適用對象提出「YES培訓計畫申請書」並經業務資深協理 核定後，於核定當工作月起一年(13個工作月)，為本培育 計畫之培訓期間。 (2)適用對象於培訓期間享有財務補助津貼、晉升區經理特別標準。 (3)財務補助津貼：培訓期間美工作月應領待遇適用業務員管理辦法相關 規定、但其基本薪、出勤津貼及YES財務補助津貼合計 最低為2萬元。 (4)培訓期間享有公司免費提供IPAD-AIR平板電腦做業務使用， 滿一年資格即可免費帶走。
