  8. Decision-making about ethical dilemmas is difficult and complex because it has an impact on and is affected by relationships we have with others.

  9. Our quality of life is being shaped continuously by the ethical behavior of those with whom we live and work.

  10. Ethical decision-making is inherent in improving the lives of individuals, families, the workplace and communities.

  11. Ethical decision-making requires that we value and respect diversity &embrace diverse opinions.
