Where Do I Begin? • Jump in! • Attend educational events/seminar/webinar • Stay informed: Eat Right Weekly (subscribe AND on-line) • Attend PADA State Legislative Day • Visit your legislators; sign up for newsletter; attend town meetings/events • Join KPP (Keystone Policy Partners) • Support ANDPAC, PADAPAC

Visit Your Legislators • Who is your legislator? • State: www.legis.state.pa.us • Federal: www. congress.org • Visit your legislator • go alone or with other RDs • Leave behind information is already available ! (AND-MNT literature – on www.eatright.org) • Share what RDs do; what YOU do • State - up front - that you are a constituent ! (you are a potential vote)
