Insert UNSUBSCRIPTION link -Easily insert an Unsubscribe link in your campaign message . -When a recipient clicks this link, an UNSUBSCRIBE message will be sent to your email. -Later you can download these messages using Gorilla Contact Manage subscription option and unsubscribe them from your list

  8. Insert Gorilla Contact Email delivery tracking Based on a tracking code, Gorilla contact tracking site will track each and every email-id in your recipient list. It reveal the exact time, date and location that your email was opened and a link in it is clicked.   11. Attach files Attach single or multiple files to your e-mail message. You can either attach files separately or as a single zip file .

  12. Use WYSIWYG Editor to change font color, font size, font type, insert hyperlink, image or insert html code etc WYSIWYG( What You See Is What You Get.) History database stores all details of a send campaign -Complete campaigns that are paused in between sent operation or that has some ids failed. -Resent previous campaigns. -Exports recipient ids, to which the mails are sent successfully, to a local file. - Exports recipient ids, to which the mails are not sent, to a local file.

  15. EMAIL ID OR DOMAIN BLACK LISTING Gorilla Contact will filter out blacklisted ids or domains from the recipient list during sent operation irrespective of their subscription/activation (Enabled) state.

  16. LIST EXPORT Export the recipient lists you have created and maintained in the software to external local files in the system. There are 4 types of exports - export the whole contacts in a list. -export only subscribed contacts in a list. - export only unsubscribed contacts in a list. - export only disabled contacts in a list.

  17. MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION Add or remove the senders of subscribe or unsubscribe messages respectively from your recipients lists in the software.

  18. MANAGE BOUNCE BACK Gorilla Contact handles Hard & Soft Bounces. It extracts bounced ids from your bounce handling pop3 account(sender id), and removes or unsubscribe those ids from a chosen list. This helps you to maintain an active recipient list.

  19. EMAIL LIST VERIFICATION Gorilla Contact helps you remove invalid / dead email ids from your list and keep your list clean using syntax verification and mx name verification. After completing the verification process you can export the valid and invalid ids to a local txt file for further list management through import operation.
