RTS • RTS is a Web-based application designed to complement the Department’s E&O procedure, Identifying and Assigning Responsibility for Errors, Omissions, and Contractual Breaches by Professional Engineers: http://ombnet.dot.state.fl.us/procedures/bin/375020010.pdf • Please read this document thoroughly and refer to it when addressing E&O issues.
