Menno Public School is focused on improving the integration of technology and 21st Century skills within its classrooms. With a staff composed of 70% veterans and 30% new educators, the school aims to enhance teaching effectiveness. Despite meeting annual reading and math performance goals, teacher surveys show a gap in the application of 21st Century skills. The professional development plan for 2011-2012 includes a goal to increase technology usage by 20% through ongoing training, WebCT courses, and "Tech Tuesdays" for continuous learning and support.
