  1. 10 Classic Evaluation Questions to use at your meetings Customer Success Guide

  2. 10 Classic Evaluation Questions to use at your meetings The following slides are some regularly used evaluation questions that have been pre-programmed in Vevox so that you can simply copy and paste them into your presentation slide deck. You can then make any adjustments as you would with any other Vevox question. You will notice that the result bars are set to NOT display, as in our experience most meeting organisers and presenters do not want to disclose these results live, for obvious reasons. Also there is a ‘DATA CAPTURE – THANK YOU’ box that will automatically build once the poll is closed to let the presenter and audience know that the poll is over and that they shouldn’t expect to see the results.

  3. Session feedback Poll your audience at the end of each session to get accurate evaluation data. Waiting until the end of the day to ask for feedback on individual sessions can result in poor data as your participants will have to try and remember how they felt about a session that occurred a few hours ago. You may also end up in a situation where some attendees will have left before the end of your meeting or you drag out the closing session of a meeting where you should be wrapping up and leaving attendees energised.

  7. Overall event feedback Depending on your audience and/or how you incentivise them, paper-based or post-event evaluations can yield relatively few responses. By encouraging attendees to respond to a selection of live evaluation polls before your closing session or meeting wrap up, you can expect to collect more completes as well as more honest and accurate feedback. If you have been using live polling throughout your meeting, your attendees will be accustomed to participating via Vevox and by having a presenter quickly run through the questions you will be able to accurately establish the success and value of your meeting.
