  2. WELCOME TO INVEST…………. Welcome to Invest Software. Main screen of Invest software contains Menu and Submenu.

  3. TRADE ADD…… Here We can enter Trades Manually. We can add charges like service tax,stamp duty etc also.

  4. CONTRACT NOTE IMPORT FROM FILE WE can Import Contract note provide by Member . These are the format in which we can import file in software: CSV TXT HTML

  5. PURCHASE-SALE REGISTER We can have Only Purchase , Only Sales or Purchase cum Sales Report

  6. TOTAL TRANSACTION REPORT In this report we can analysis the complete transaction report during the period of selected parties/securities like purchase/sale/balance value of a particular script

  7. STOCK RUNNING AVG.ANALYSIS This report gives us a detail of our stocks on the running average method . Here we can see total purchase/sale with their rates and difference-quantity with difference amount.

  8. PROFIT & LOSS AS FIFO BASIS Here we can see all purchase value along with quantity and rate. This report can be sub divided into Long Term , Short Term , Intra Day and BTST.. This report is based on FIFO basis.

  9. STOCK STATEMENT The difference amount shows here is based on the today’s trade entry why we have not made any entries there this report is using the same rate as on the trading day that s why the difference and you can update ledger while clicking update ledger.

  10. DETAILED STOCK This is your full fledged details stock report . Here we can see Stock on FIFO basis as opening stock Purchase stock.

  11. DIVIDEND ANALYSIS Here You can see security-wise dividends.

  12. OPENING STOCK AND SPLIT ENTRY We can do Opening stock entry and /Split Bonus share entry from this module.

  13. VOUCHER ENTRY MODULE This module allows us to Add/Modify vouchers(CASH/JOURNAL/BANK).

  14. CASH/BANK BOOK REPORT AS PER ENTRY This module allows us to print Cash/Bank Book for any date to any date.

  15. BANK STATEMENT FILE IMPORT This Module has the feature of importing Bank file. We can browse here Bank file of any Bank.

  16. FINANCIAL LEDGER In this module we can print and view Financial ledger for selected or all partywise range of any period.

  17. TRIAL BALANCE In this module we can print and view Financial ledger for selected or all partywise range of any period.

  18. PROFIT AND LOSS SHEEt In this module we can print and view Profit and loss sheet for selected or all partywise range of any period.

  19. BALANCE SHEET This module allows us to print and view Balance Sheet for selected period of each party.

  20. OPENING BALANCE MODULE This module allows us to view and open new opening balance.

  21. Bank Reconciliation We can reconciles our bank statement with this module.

  22. Zooooommm……………. Here we can modify/view our all voucher entries.

  23. Party Master In this Module we can create/modify/print account of parties with complete bio-data & brokerage slabs. Here we need to enter each party’s details as per USE requirements partywise brokerage & other changes if any for individual clients.

  24. Security master We can ADD new security from this module.

  25. OTHER MASTER We can Add all accounts excluding broker account from this module.

  26. CHARGES MASTER We can Add new charges from this module.

  27. INTEREST CHART Option to prepare interest report for any period for all range of accounts with any interest rate. Useful for loan entries or delayed receipts/payments.

  28. BROKER SELECTION OPTION Here we can set our broker’s name .

  29. Features of Invest The Software Invest is specially designed for maintaining the complete accounting for Investors. This takes care of all kind of investors Trade Entry or Importing trades from the pre-specified reports .Trade Entry. Purchase/Sale Register (Details of bills posted in ledger of each broker for any period.) Total transaction report (Summary of trades scrip-wise calculating average rates of total purchase , total sales and the investment value of stock including profit/loss earned.) Running Av. Analysis (Scrip ledger based on day to day purchase and sales calculating running investment rates.) Profit & loss – Full , Long Term ,Short Term , Trading and BTST on FIFO basis. Stock statement as on any date calculated on FIFO basis.Detailed Stock (Opening stock, purchases, sales, difference, closing stock with full details) Dividend analysis (If you provide Ex. Div date along with dividend declared by the company the software will report total dividend to be received company wise very important report to cross verify the dividend receivable and received.) Financial voucher entries – Cash , Bank , Journal etc. Bank Import Module From bank statement . Financial Ledger, Trial Balance , P & L Account , Balance Sheet Bank reconciliation Interest calculation.
