  3. Analytics and User Experience Analytics is not always the right tool, but what can it do? 3 modes: redesign, optimization, maintenance What would you change if you knew the answer to your question? Most analytics can be read in at least two ways Provide context for your data

  4. Wireframing and Prototyping Test early, iterate often What can prototypes help you test? Low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes are cheap. Users want to know they can influence your decisions.

  5. Mobile Websites and Apps What’s the difference between a mobile website and an app? Why does this matter? Who are your mobile users? Prioritize content, restrict data entry. Simplify your task flow
