  3. Step : 1 Before throwing shot put loosening your muscles with general warm-up is essential one. Do specific exercises like push-ups or weight-lifts using shot put

  5. Step : 2 Stand straight and place the shot put at your neck by the jaw line. Your elbow should be bending aligned to your body. Grip the shot put casually, like holding a baseball.
