All basic information regarding the Factory License: The Factories Act, 1948 administered by the Ministry of Labour and Employment with the help of the Directorate General Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes, is meant to serve to reinforce the national policies in India, to keep in mind the occupational safety and health of employees in factories. This act will deal with all the basic requirements such as safety, health, efficiency, and welfare of all the person whoever is at workplaces. The owner will subsequently receive a copy of the renewed license that has been attested by the relevant government official.
