The International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America (SPFPA™), SPFPA™ is proud to serve those that serve across a variety of industries and facilities, including many that work to protect and patrol operations in the gaming industry. SPFPA™ Looks Back on a Historic Vote It was in early December 2016, that Security Professionals at the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay Casino voted 2-1 to join SPFPA™--a historic election that made the Mandalay Bay security team the first casino security pros in Las Vegas to unionize in any form. It wasn’t long until this crucial election was certified by the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board), ensuring Mandalay Bay Casino security professionals were SPFPA™ Unity Strong for the foreseeable future.
