  1. SPFPA™: A Closer Look at the Affinity Scholarship Program SPFPA™ is equipped with the resources and expertise to help security professionals unionize, protect their jobs and fight for the wages, benefits and work conditions they deserve. The largest and fastest-growing security union in the United States and around the globe, the International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America (SPFPA™) works around the clock to supply more than 27,000 members and over 200 Local Charters with the guidance, representation and advocacy to secure a better future for themselves and their families. A Closer Look at SPFPA™’s Affinity Scholarship Program SPFPA™ works hard to protect and serve those who keep our communities safe, as well as to connect members and their families with opportunities to achieve their dreams and be their best every day. One way SPFPA™ accomplishes this goal is through the Affinity Scholarship Program, which awards five $1,000 college scholarships to eligible members and their families every year.
