QUALITY POLICY OF CDD RCC Supply services, observing the regulating requirements determined by the legislation and other legal provisions, as well as those requirements about which there is an agreement with customers and that are not contrary to the requirements of legislation. Give rise to the responsibility in all the employees of the institution about the quality of the supplied services. Establish formal relationship with clients, structures of Riga City Council, other institutions of the municipality and co-operation partners, achieving their confidence to the department as the safe supplier of services. Develop and constantly improve quality management system by evaluating: • satisfaction, requirements and wishes of customers; • aims of quality; • information from suppliers; • implementation of processes; • results of audit and management reports.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SPHERE OF CDD RCC • Quality management system sphere of City Development Department of Riga City Council involves all the processes and services to be suppliedgiven in charge of the institution: • supervising the rule of law of construction process in Riga; • determination of the procedure of land utilization and construction in accordance with the territory plan of local municipality; • ensuring and implementation of the development of territory plan, detailed plans and their amendments; • the control of disposal procedure of promotional materials, signboards, announcements and other informative materials; • control of municipality fee payment on advertisement disposal; • promotion of the development of Riga city economics; • maintenance of Riga geographical information system; • ensuring of Riga city presentation; • promotion of international co-operation. • The activities involved in Quality management system sphere in City Development Department of Riga City Council are being implemented in accordance with International standard LVS EN ISO 9001:2000.
