  2. A Company is the most common entity used by businesses for a variety of reasons. By forming Company in JAFZA, it provides corporations, individuals and foreign investors with limited liability protection. It also offers legal continuity to business operations regardless of changes in ownership or management.

  3. Legally, a company get formed by registration under the Company Law administered by JAFZA Authority. The company can be incorporated as either a Limited Company or Branch Company depending on the nature of the activities carried out in Jebel Ali Free Zone Area (JAFZA) through the local representative office.
