  2. Job Description • CIA agents perform clandestine services for the U.S. government, which may involve secret operations in the U.S.A. or other countries. Other names for operatives of the CIA are “spies” or “secret agents.”

  3. Required Training and Education • In order to join the CIA, the only requirements are that you must be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate. In order to receive more missions, it is expected that you have a college degree and a GPA of 3.0 or higher
