All the documents we were given were fake. Govender the chief Ponzi and Ali his consigliere are incredibly adroit at scamming and ripping off small companies looking for letter of credit. We will fight phony soleil bank until we get a refund. No wonder on their website http://www.soleilbank.com you don t see their face or names. They are hiring agents in third world countries now to expend their operation with satellite offices on Wall Street. I will go through every route until I get that money back. I do not quit. I have contacted the FTC, FBI, BBB,and hired an attorney. I also contacted American Greed. I just discovered that they have scammed another guy nearly $30k.   4. Jun 18, 2019 AFTER SENDING DEMAND LETTER (L/C # SCB1601590CHL) NEVER REPLIED. AN IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT ISSED FOR USD $ 60,000 BY SOLEIL BANK RELAYED THROUGH PJSC BANK. THE BALANCE DUES OF 14,000 IS STILL PENDING SOLEIL BANK HAS BEEN GIVEN ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BUT NEVER REPLIED. THE GOODS WORTH OF 60000 HAS BEEN SHIPPED AGAINST THE ABOVE LETTER OF CREDIT BUT TILL TODAY THE PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE BY SOLEIL BANK. FRADULENT LETTER OF CREDIT ISSUED BY SOLEIL BANK.   6. Jul 28, 2018 We loaned $40,000 to a Film Producer named Dallas Santana with $60,000 repaymemt terms. Dallas paid $4,000 to Soleil Chartered Bank and Govind Srivastava delivered a Letter Of Credit to us for $60,000 promicing to repay the loan if Dallas was unable to pay back the loan. We extended the repayment dates several times and the LOC was also extended. Dallas Santana repaid $20,000 and we communicated with Govind Srivastava by letter, email, and phone regarding the remaining $40,000. He has not fulfilled his obligations. Our last communication was on March 6th, 2018: Govind, Hi there. Please give -intentially left blank- a call at -intentially left blank-. Your integrity is on the line Sir. There is nothing more valuable ; ) Very Best, Jacob His last communication with us was on March 7th: I will call her on Thursday. Thanks. Best regards. Govind Srivastava It is now July 29th and we have not heard a word from Govind Srivastava or Soleil Chartered Bank regarding thier $40,000 obligation.
