  2. Summary: Payment Options • Pay by credit card • VISA, Mastercard, Discover • Pay by check • Payable to “United Way of Delaware

Payment Tips • Please pay the exact amount due on the invoice • If you wish to make an additional cash donation, use the icon on your login screen • Payment cannot be split between credit card and a check, please choose one method of payment • For credit card payments, you will be notified when your payment has been processed • After payment has been received, you will receive an email asking that the Donor or SBU Coordinator contact you to arrange the delivery of the items, service or activity.

  4. You will receive an e-mail notice telling you that you have won Click on the Link to your Account on Auction website

  5. Log-in to your account(Hint: click on “trouble logging in” if you don’t remember your username or password) Password or Username help

  6. Billing Summary shows what you have won and your winning bid amount 2 Options Click on the link to the payment method that You want to use

  7. Option 1: Pay now by secure on-line payment Enter your credit or debit Card payment information

  8. Check all the information, then submit your payment for processing Check the information here, then press submit

  9. Your account shows where you can view your receipt Click here to see Your receipts

  10. View Receipt Summary Click “view” to see The details

  11. View and Print Receipt(hint: use “landscape” mode to print)

  12. You will receive an e-mail note confirming your payment

  14. Donor/Coord Notified of Winning Bidder Payment • After your payment has been processed, the auction will notify the donor and/or SBU coordinator for the donor. You will be copied on this e-mail. • The donor or SBU Coordinator will then contact you to arrange delivery of the item you won. • Please complete your transaction promptly and enjoy your winning item.
