Rationale • The need for standardisation of deliverables like course content so that with a very little financial investment all concerned can benefit. • To counterbalance infrastructural deficiencies and facilitate academic egalitarianism. • Need for high quality content and effective pedagogy in a large number of institutions of higher learning.

  3. Objectives • To facilitate easy accessibility of high quality content to specific target groups through e medium. • To develop rich content as reference material for handy consultation. • To minimise discrepancies in quality between various institutions of management education and training.

Dr (Mrs.) Saumya Singh MBA and PhD in management is an Assistant Professor in ISMU, Dhanbad is a researcher, trainer and consultant having worked for several clients like Indian Oil, Ministry of Coal etc. As in- charge training and placement of the Department of Management Studies she is well versed in corporate manpower needs.

  10. Dr Pramod Pathak • Formerly the HOD, Management Studies, ISMU is a researcher/trainer and consultant with 25 years experience. He conducts stress management / work life balance workshops, leaderships seminars and corporate training for various clients in Public and Private sector. An M.Sc in Industrial Psychology and Mental Testing, Dr Pathak is an MBA in OB/HRM and holds a PhD in Stress Management from BHU. Dr. Pathak has also been a visiting professor to various universities and institutions including IIFT and BHU. Dr Pathak has developed manual on Quality Circles (Hindi) and Mining Environment Management. Dr Pathak has been training management and engineering teachers under TEQUIP and QIPs.
