  4. Ship Shape Our first project of the year. It’s also my first attempt to use Adobe Illustrator. In this picture I have a triangle pattern in the background showing the colors of the ocean and the sun with also a boat sailing.

  5. Under Da Sea In this assignment I used a gradient for the color of the sea to show that the dolphin is underwater. I also learned how to add grain for the sand to have a realistic look and then added some sea creatures.

  6. Dream House My soon to become dream house. In this project I learned how to analyze the lighting of the picture and adding texture make it more realistic.

  7. Still Life Just a basic living room with flower type wallpaper, bright yellow floor, a lamp, couch and table with a vase and some flowers. The shadow of each object are also there to show its lighting and position.

  8. Mechanimal A rhinoceros made with shiny metal steel and gears to create a hybrid between machines and a rhino.

  9. SyMANtrical A symmetrical background of the moon and stars with an astronaut on top of the moon.

  10. Color Wheel Cool radial design of the color showing different value and hue of each color.

  12. Metaphorto A representation of the metaphor “apple of my eye” with hundred dollar bills as the leaves of the tree.

  13. Mr. Potato A man-like potato made with different kinds of fruits and vegetables.

  14. Pop Art A picture of a girl trying to learn how to tie her shoe in four different combinations of bright colors.

  15. Impressionism A cityscape from our Annapolis field trip last March 30, 2012.

  16. Cubism A bouquet of flowers broken up and reassembled to represent cubism.

  17. Expressionism Expressing religious faith in God through prayer.

  18. Surrealism In this picture I created an illusion that the objects and animals are coming out of the book to show a type of surrealism.

  19. Digital Collage This collage is a theme of the NBA Playoffs this year with a symmetrical arrangement of the all 16 teams.
