  1. How to Make the Perfect Choctop A Sasha Yee Scenario Based Training Module

  2. Scooping You have been told that you need to make choctops. The choctopping area is already set up, and you are ready to go. • Enough to fill the entire cone. • Enough to fill down to about 2cm under below the top of the cone. • Less than a centimetre of ice cream from the top of the cone.

  3. That's a bit too much ice cream. That doesn't matter though, as long as you don't do it too often. • Continue

  4. Perfect! ..... • Continue

  5. Oh no! The ice cream has fallen into the chocolate. Put that sucker in a bag and start again! • Start over

  6. Dipping Time to wipe and dip that choctop! Now that you've cleaned it up by wiping it, do you: • Dip it, hold it aloft for a little while then set it down? • Dip it, and put it down on the counter straight away? • Leave it for a while to settle, then dip it?

  7. Looking good! Notice how none of the chocolate is dripping down the sides of the sides of the cone? • Continue

  8. You dipped it well, but see how the chocolate is dripping down the sides? That means more work for your and possibly a choctop that won't sell. • Make sure you wipe up any excess chocolate, and then you can continue.

  9. Oops, you've left that choctop too long. The ice cream has melted and the chocolate won't stick it it. Chuck that in a bag and start again. • Start over

  10. Bagging Ok. You've got a completed choctop infront of you. Now all you need to do is bag and freeze it. What do you do? • Oooo! Its shiny! You can even see yourself in it. Better bag it straight away and get it into the basket. • Its not that important. Leave it for a minute so you can go to the bathroom. • Wait loses it's shininess, then bag it.

  11. Oh no! The chocolate wasn't dry and has stuck to the inside of the bag. That doesn't look very appertising. Put that down the bottom of the basket and start again.

  12. Darn it! There's nothing left but an empty shell of a choctop and a puddle of ice cream. Better clean that up and start again. And I hope you remembered to wash your hands. • Start over

  13. That's looking perfect. See how the chocolate hasn't stuck to the bag. Put it down in the basket and be proud. You've just made your first perfect choctop. Now all you need to do is make a few thousand more of them. • Continue.

  14. Congratulations. You have successfully made a perfect choctop. You just need to practice to make sure that you make them consistently, then you too can teach people to make perfect choctops.
