  2. WHAT IS IT? WHAT IS IT? WHAT IS IT? DMR screw conveyor transports powder materials between 2 points. It is located underneath the metering conveyor and transfers the dosed product to the endpoint with accuracy. The conveyor can be configured in elevation. The maximum length depends on the product being handled and the throughput required. Several conveyors can be joined together as a continuous transfer.

  6. HOW DOES IT WORK? HOW DOES IT WORK? HOW DOES IT WORK? The spiral which handles the product is rotated at a fixed speed. The device DM is made up of a tube included an inlet chute that receives the dosed product, an outlet chute fitted with an anti-blockage switch, and a spiral. Compared to the metering spiral which works by saturation, the conveyor DM is made in the view to working 30% full. It allows greater lengths of handling more than a metering unit. In the case of variable throughput, the conveyor DM is calibrated to ensure a regular flow of the product from the minimum throughput to the maximum without changing the rotation speed of the spiral.
