Information / Instruction / Messages • You have formulated your goal and your objectives • You have identified the target groups that are relevant for achieving an objective • You have now to find out and define what you want from the target group. How do they need to behave in order to contribute to achieve the objective? • What does the target group need to know and to understand so that they are able to contribute to the objective? • What do you think – how can you best MOTIVATE them so that they are WILLING to contribute to the objective, to change their behaviour /attitude?

Session 2 ”Target Groups, Tools and Activities”Discussion topics for working groups • Please find out and define the relevant target group(s) for an objective • Then identify and develop what you have to communicate to the target group in order to reach the objective and how you are going to communicate to the target group • Write down on flipchart paper and present to the forum –  Please tell us what are you going to tell each specific target group and which communication tools you will use
