Creating Buy-in & Coherence • Accessibility • Dedicated email address: teachereval@meridenk12.org • Administrators’ Community of Practice • Regular meetings in schools • Weekly email messages • Quarterly Evaluation Newsletter “TEVAL Times” • Framing the roll-out • Build on our existing models of support • Regular Feedback Surveys & Action Plan • MFT and Teacher Steering Team • Work closely with CSDE and Bloomboard
