  1. Things to keep in mind: Refurbished Phones What is a refurbished phone? Refurbished phones are models that have gone through a thorough testing and repair process after being returned as a faulty piece, one can always just buy used cell phones, but unlike those, refurbished cell phones are a better idea as they have been tested after being damaged in a certain way. But, before indulging in this sector, here are a few things to keep in mind while opting for one: Factory Settings: Check the phone to ensure that any trace of prior ownership does not exist in the phone anymore. This is the best way to find out if your model has been thoroughly refurbished or not. If not, you might not want to spend your money there. Warranty: Refurbished phones usually come with a warranty as they have been faulty before. Try to get your hands on one that has the option so that you have something to fall back on if it starts to act faulty again. Quality accessories: Make sure that the accessories with the phones aren’t faulty as that could be a possibility as well. It could also in turn damage the model, for example, a damaged charger. Also, ensure to examine the phone thoroughly before making a purchase. Valid bill: Only trust and buy a refurbished phone if it comes with a valid invoice. If not, you may face issues in returning the phone if problems crawl up or even if you need repairing again. Model history: Some mobiles are known to be built in a way that have a recurring problem in all the models. Therefore, research and read up about the model you want to buy before you even consider a refurbished option.
