Using Mobile Money Pre-requisites: • Signed up to the service • Sufficient balance in your bank account • Aware of your PIN. • It is of 5 characters in length and can be combinations of alphabets and numbers • PIN is case sensitive • Aware of the Human ATM code and location • You need to be present in the Agent Location, if you want to receive cash. • The agent’s Code (or Human ATM code) is displayed in the agent location

  3. Using Mobile Money Sending Instructions Type “CASH” to indicate your intention to cash-out from an agent location Type your unique PIN after a space. Eg your PIN is PiN21 Type the AGENT code that is displayed at the agent outlet Type the Amount you need to withdraw from your account. Eg. Rs. 5,000 Send to 2002 | Cash | PiN21 | avr65770 | 5000
