  2. What were all about • When you get down to it what is our company, I mean it sounds like a cheesy title to a big vegan presentation on why we should knit our clothing with leaves, well its not. A-POWER is the future, technology like this has existed for several years. Yet nobody has really exploited its uses, what were talking about here is no more oil farms, more like algae farms. So our business are casual gas pumps with prices equal to or lower than regular gas. You might be wondering what the difference is. You see A-POWER is completely safe for the environment. Oil is no longer something we have to destroy our fossils for! The algae throughout the process stay completely unharmed so that’s nothing to worry about. The business will be located in various places in Miami, City. Including but not limited to Algae road street 555 sw325, Bird Road street 777 sw 456

  3. Our products • We shall be selling gasoline. It will come in green to signify freshness and safety towards the environment. To give people a feel of futurism the gas pump will be completely white and rubber. At the very top of the gas pump will be an application for the rewards card. We located the gas pump in a very lush a forest like place. We will have many plants and the ground will be concrete. For easy access the gas pump accepts credit, debit, cash, shells, and bargaining goods of value. People will buy the product because it is improved gas and it is healthy for the environment. The gasoline is good for all cars models that were produced in 2004 through now. Plus the gas station’s pretty nice. They’ll buy it to clear their conscience of all the forest and habitats being currently destroyed for gas.

  5. Target, etc • Anybody who drives a car that is 2004 and up, vegans, vegans who drive a car that is 2004 and up. Some current trends that will affect the company is the obsession that the color white gives an aura of pureness and goodness so we painted everything white. Also I noticed that anything that is futuristic is white rubber there is no exception WHITE RUBBER. Issue is algae isn’t that expensive but algae farms are, so our gas isn’t exactly the regular at your local SHELL pump we only say that so people get confused and buy it thinking that it would be more expensive somewhere else. Opportunities lie in the very concept and how we will exploit media to our benefits.

Things unique about our business • More casual and accessible, visually appealing to the eye. • A lot more durable than normal gasoline or the competitor’s gasoline • Leaves you “guilt free” about clearing habitats for oil. • Good for the environment. • We have a cool rewards card with a twist.

  7. Ads • Ads will be placed in related internet pages such as peta.com or google searches for biofuels. • Ads will be broadcasted over the radio. • Ads will be broadcasted on TV. • Those little park bench seats where you can place an ad. • A billboard or two. • Endorsement by trending celebrities or athletes. Competitors don’t have marketing strategies, They just hope someone will notice them if they build something big enough.

The original name of the company was G-POWER but had to be changed because of legal issues. • C. I will have a total of 25 employees I will pay 1,000 for remuneration to the full time employees, 900 for the half time and 700 to all gas pump employees.

  9. Management plan • A.I will hire everyone myself, I will carefully pick the mangers. • B. Gas pump workers only need a high school graduation, my algae plant workers will need a masters and up in science or other science subtopics.

  10. Operating Plan • A. We will collect energy from algae to make it into biofuel. • B.We offer a rewards card, anyway we will need a budget of about 70,000 only located in Miami. We need algae and concrete to make pools for the algae. So I will get a loan for my business.

  11. Financing • I will get 70,000 from a small business start up and a bank combined. • The price isn’t too lofty but its not to buy everyday. That’s why I present you the rewards card, It will make people save money while I get even more money. For every 100 dollars spent the get 1% if they make this they’re regular gas station slowly they’ll make up more percents.
