  5. Speakers Workshop How do we Dress? Professional Dress The More Professional – the better Like you are going for a job interview Always error on the side of looking better No risqué attire
  6. Speakers Workshop What should we not do! Compare us to MLM companies over and over Tell your personal story for ten minutes during Intro or Product Tell your personal story for 15 to 20 minutes during the plan Make medical claims or false income claims Make strong religious comments Make reference to how much time we have left
  7. Speakers Workshop What should we not do (con’t) ANYTHING WEIRD! (Singing, Chanting) Put down other occupations Business Owners Corporate Stay at home moms Working moms Have to read slides because we are unprepared
  8. Speakers Workshop What should we do Good Eye Contact with the Audience Talk at an acceptable pace (not to fast or slow) Follow the slides as a guideline Practice – Practice – Practice Ask someone to critique you – honestly(do you say the same word to many times, um, okay)
  9. Speakers Workshop What should we do (con’t) Be sincere Be honest Put yourself in the chair as a guest Compare us to Franchising /Amazon or internet marketing Create excitement about the future Let guests know there will be negativity or skepticism
  10. Speakers Workshop What should we do (con’t) Confident yet humble Laugh at yourself – while still professional Remember you are the only one who knows you are making mistakes. Introduce Pin Levels Correctly – “In a Four Week Pay Period” Edify the next speaker Close to getting started or the next event!
