2. To maintain a wet edge, start with near a corner and paint the wall entire height at one time. • Don't paint just one segment and let it dry. • Don't let the roller become dry and reload so there always plenty of paint on it. • It will keep it from drying out too quickly and prevent lap marks.
3. Cut Out Tapes • Wait to cut the tape off the trim till the paint become completely dry. • Before you pull out all the tape, cut it loose so you can reduce the risk of white spots on the wall. • Paint will form a layer between the tape and the wall, so if you pull out the tape from the trim, you could end up tearing off pieces of dried paint.
