  3. novushr.pgcc.edu Login to Forticlient. Open a web browser and type novushr.pgcc.edu Type in the username and password.  Username and password will be the same as your Owl Link user ID.  (Password for the first time is: novushr) Click the login button. After logging in the first time, change your password to match your password for Owl Link. Return to Table of Contents

  4. Type the position title in the Requisition title text box. Select the originating Department and Selected work flow from the associated dropdown menu. Return to Table of Contents

  5. Click on the Uploads & Postings tab. To allow applicants to upload files during the application process click the check box to the right. Enter the text that you want displayed to applicants on the file upload page. Click Save.

  6. Click on Search to Search Job Posting Requests. Click on the Requisition Title link to select. The job positing request will appear. Return to Table of Contents

  9. Click on the Search Committee tab. Click on the check box to the left of Create Search Committee. Click on Save to continue. Return to Table of Contents

  10. An alert box will appear. Click OK to create a search committee. Click cancel to cancel the action.

  11. Click Add New Members to add search committee Members Select the Committee Chair by clicking the checkbox in the chair column next to the members name. Click Save Chair changes to save the committee chair. Click Save to continue. Return to Table of Contents

  14. Click on the Interview Form Tab. Click Add New Section to add a new section to the job posting request. Click Save to continue. Return to Table of Contents

  15. In the Section Name Box, type in a title for the new section, then click the green disk.Click Save to continue.

  16. Click on the Add New Questions tab. Click the pencil to create or edit question text.

  17. Enter the question text in the text box that is displayed. Click the green check mark to add the question. Click Save when finished to save the question.

  18. To delete a question click in the check to the left of the question. Then click on the Delete Selected tab. Click on save to continue.

  19. Click on the arrows to rearrange the order of the questions. Click Save to continue.

  20. Click on the Add New Question tab to add another question. Enter the question text into the text box. Click the green check to add the question. Repeat this process for each question. Click on save to continue. Return to Table of Contents

  22. Click on the Add New Section tab to add a new section. A new section will be created below the previous section. Return to Table of Contents

  23. Type the Section name in the text box. Click the green disk to the right. Click Save to continue. Click on Add New Questions to add new criteria questions.

  24. Click on the pencil to create or edit question text.

  25. Enter the criteria question text in the text box. Click the green check mark to add the question. Repeat this process to add additional criteria. Click Save when finished.

  26. Click the pencil to add another question. Use the arrows to rearrange the order of the questions. Click Save and Exit when done with the Criteria. Return to Table of Contents

  28. Review Uploads &Postings Dates, Details, and Job Description tabs. Click on the Interview form tab. Click on the Edit Interview Form. Click on Save to continue. Return to Table of Contents

  29. Click on Prescreen Questions tab. Click on Edit Prescreening Questions.

  30. Click on Add a New Question to add a new question.

  31. Click on the pencil to create and edit a question. Click Save to continue.

  32. Click on the Question Type dropdown menu and make a selection of Standard Text or Yes / No. Standard text allows for any response to be entered. Yes or No allows only a yes or no response. In most case standard text will be the appropriate selection. Enter the Question in the question text box. Type a Question Comment , e.g., instructions.

  33. If the question requires a response check the check box to the right of Question Requires Response. Click Save and Exit to continue. Repeat these instructions to add more qualifications.

  34. Click on the Workflow tab. Click on Approve or Disapprove. Click Save.

  35. Click Add a New Question to add another prescreening question. When complete click Save and Exit to continue.

  39. Click on the Reports tab. Click on the Interview Score link. Return to Table of Contents

  40. Select a Job Posting from the dropdown box. Select all of the Application Status that meet the criteria for the report from the dropdown box next to Application Status.

  41. Select options from the Interview Selection dropdown box. Click the View Report button to continue.

  42. Here is an example of a Criteria Rating Form- Interview Ratings report.

  43. Here is an example of a Criteria Rating Form- Application Intake report.

  44. To review an interview questions report select a Job Posting from the drop down box. Check the Application Status(es) from the drop down box that apply. Select Interview Questions from the Interview Selection dropdown box. Click view report to continue.

  45. Click on the comments tab to add a comment to the application. Enter a comment in the text box. In the Viewable To dropdown box, select who should see the comment. Click Add Comment to add a comment to the application.

  46. To run a report of the comment made on an application click on Reports from the left menu. Select Application Comments under General Reports.

  47. Select a Requisition Title from the dropdown box. Select the Status(es) that apply for the report. Click the View Report button.

  48. Here is an example of the Application Comments report. Click the printer icon to Print the Report. To export a report select a format and then click Export.

  49. To view hiring requests click on the Hiring Requests tab. Click Search to bring up a list of Hiring Requests. Select an Applicant link to view applicant information.

  50. Click on the tabs to review applicant information. Click Submit to Hire to continue the hiring process.
