  2. 劇情介紹 • 有個叫做櫻的女孩有一天打開爸爸放在地下室的一本書，在她唸了一「windy」之後，裡面突然飛出許多牌，還跑出奇怪布娃娃，奇怪的布娃娃叫做可魯貝洛斯，他任命櫻為「庫洛魔法使」去把牌回全收回，起初櫻不是很情願從平凡的生活中突然轉變為一個「魔法少女」，但是櫻心地善良，不願意庫洛牌因為挑戰她而做壞事，而且如果沒把牌全收齊的話，恐怕會引起一個「災難」，所以她就答應可魯貝洛斯要把牌全收回。等到牌收集齊全後，小櫻經過一次"審判"，正式成為牌的正式持有者，也藉由庫洛開啟自己「星」的力量之後友枝町發生各種異變，庫洛牌不管用了，櫻藉由自己的力量創造了"小櫻卡"，這個名字是由櫻最好的朋友知世取的。
