What is a Executive function disorder?
  • Difficulties with executive function skills, the cognitive processes require to plan and direct activities (including getting started and seeing them through) and regulate behavior (inhibiting impulse, making good decisions, flexibility, managing emotions)

  • Initiation
  • Planning
  • Organization
  • Setting goals
  • Regulating emotions
  • Monitoring behavior
  • Solving problems
