  2. WP2: Minutes of focus groups meetings for each target area (as planned in the project): For UNIMORE archives

  3. Final publication concerning the activity results (as planned in the project): To be published on the website, partners’ own websites + hard copies (see budget available) for stakeholders and local communities (3,500 euro in the budget)

  4. 3. Reports of focus groups meetings (not planned in the project) To be published on the website using a common template

  5. Dissemination of WP2 results: promoting on-line dissemination through Eldis, AIDS Truth and other websites such as those linked in the CoBaSys website preparing a thematic newsletter focusing on the main results and main topics emerging from FGRs presenting results at international conferences*

  6. WP3: Minutes of national roundtables: For the CoBaSys website. A resume can be published in the next issue of the newsletter

  7. 2. Final publication related to the Model of Community Based Care System: To be published on the website + hard copies for local and national stakeholders (3,500 euro in the budget)

  8. 3. Awareness campaign (2,000 x 6) and 4. Banners, short publications and radio broadcasts in local languages (10,000 x 6 + 1,750): *This has to be discussed with WP3 leader and the other African partners. This activity must be reframed due to the delays in the implementation of WP3

  9. WP4: Minutes of on-line discussion Policy proposal at regional level Final publication on possible policies to be adopted (2,400 euro) Final publication on research needs of the concerned areas (2,400 euro)

  10.   11. Extra dissemination activities to be implemented by UNIBO in 2011: - 1 panel organized at the ECAS conference, Uppsala, June 2011: “Empowerment, Decentralization and Poverty. The Role of Local Communities in the Fight Against HIV/AIDS in East and Southern Africa”; - 1 panel organized at the EADI Conference. York, September 2011: “The fight against HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa: the role of local communities”

  12. - international conference to be held in Forlì on December 1st on “The fight against HIV/AIDS: The role of local communities” (fundraising ongoing) - proceedings of the international conference to be published on “afriche e orienti” in Italian, English and Swahili - 2 newsletters to be published in 2011
