  3. Accounts Receivable • MAX is expecting to collect a balance of $1,979,712 from its participants ($1,149,712 from a/r and $830,000 from contracts still being negotiated by ORAA). • MAX will therefore be below the $4,908,386 which was budgeted for FY07 by $180,860.00.

  6. - Level3 purchase order in process and will utilize $170,660 of bal. available in the budget.- MAX’s portion of BERnet 10G project $40,000 - Juniper equipment PO in process and will utilize $497,150.00 of bal. available in budget.- Juniper equipment service contract pymt. due in May & will utilize $132,000- Force 10 switches for CLPK and LVL3 $100,000- Two 10G sonet/ethernet testers $120,000- Additional ADVA 10G lambdas to backfill 2.5Gs $250,000
